HSS partners with leading international healthcare providers such as Healthscope, Ramsay Health and Departments of Health in Australia, as well as Private and not for profit hospitals and health care providers in all states of Australia.

A majority of our nursing staff hold post-graduate qualifications or have gained many years-experience within their speciality, so they are experienced and capable to meet the immediate demands of starting a new role in a new healthcare setting.

HCI also partners with ODEPC (Overseas Development and Employment Promotion Consultants) and NORCA Roots in India, the Government managed recruitment centres for overseas placement of Indian nurses, for the placement of nurses in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Countries), Middle East, Asia and the UK and USA.

• You get access to free up-skilling Professional Development programs and training
• Once you complete 80 shifts with HSS within a year, you can get a scholarship of $1000 for your further education
• Once you complete 175 shifts with HSS within a year, you are eligible for a 5 day overseas Study Tour including travel and accommodation, or a $2000 scholarship for higher studies in nursing
• HSS is on contract to Nursewest for the supply of contract nurses and healthcare staff to regional hospitals in Western Australia.
• HSS has been approved by HPV (Health Purchasing Victoria) for supplying nurses to Melbourne Metropolitan hospitals.
• Nurses can get casual shifts in all specialties including; Medical, Surgical, ICU, CCU, Midwifery, Aged Care, Cardiac Care, Theatre and Pediatrics.
